Roof/Building Envelope consultant to fill project manager and BE commissioning opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced Roof/Envelope consultant to join our team! You will be responsible for working in a local satellite office with an Account Manager and experienced project managers providing building envelope consulting services to an existing client base. Some travel for work out of the local market should be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Assessments of existing buildings to plan for future maintenance a long term capital projects.
- Work directly with Account Manager to meet client expectations.
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in building and construction related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
