Principal/Senior Project Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jarred Enerson serves as a Principal and Senior Project Manager providing leadership in building-envelope consulting, roofing and waterproofing design, exterior wall system rehabilitation, and enclosure commissioning services for complex commercial and institutional facilities.

Jarred began his career in construction in 1999, developing hands-on experience across residential construction, renovation, and field operations, that continues to inform his consulting approach—bridging the gap between design intent and real-world execution.

Building on his field background, Jarred transitioned into architectural drafting and project coordination which strengthened his understanding of building systems, detailing, and regulatory requirements. 

Jarred now leads projects ranging from new construction to complex rehabilitation and repair efforts to building-envelope condition assessments and performance evaluations. He routinely works with owners, architects, contractors, manufacturers, and authorities having jurisdiction to deliver clear, defensible recommendations and long-term solutions.

As a Principal of STR-SEG, Jarred contributes both technical expertise and strategic leadership, supporting firm operations, mentoring staff, and helping shape consistent, high-quality service delivery. He is known for his direct communication style, technical rigor, and ability to guide projects through complex technical and construction challenges.
