Project Budget: $350,000

Details of Project Successes/Challenges:

The project added asphalt pavement areas for both facility employees, who were parking on grass, and for semi trailers, parking on gravel, at this Client’s distribution center.

When the facility was built, areas of expansion were envisioned in the design, but not completed. However, the project was required to go through a stormwater analysis and review, in accordance with the Town of Whitestown regulations, as well as compliance with other, current site design and planting regulations.

The project documents specifications covered demolition (removal of grass and topsoils) and construction of stone base course and concrete curbing in preparation for paving.
Contract administration included coordination to ensure necessary permits were in place, processing of submittals, observation of work onsite, and review of closeout documentation.
