Roofing – St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Carmel, Indiana (Catholic Diocese of Lafayette)

Problem:
Original lead-coated copper roofing was leaking due to thermal movement, poor detailing and wind damage. Water infiltration was starting to cause damage to masonry walls; the original windows in the sanctuary dormers had also been leaking for some time.

Solution:
Our new design included thermally-efficient windows and improved detailing; maintaining the original aesthetic of the building as well as matching the newer additions to the complex.
