The project involved repairs and replacement of various exterior components of two buildings, Wood Hall and Mary Ann Cofrin Hall.

At Mary Ann Cofrin Hall, the improvements involved replacing failed wall sealants, repair of brick and limestone masonry and repointing, removing an ornamental steel frame, replacing window glazing gaskets and thru-wall flashings, repainting rusting steel lintels, improving thermal and air barriers at roof to wall transitions, replacing existing roofing systems (standing seam metal and EPDM), repairs at skylights and sloped glazing areas, installing gutters and snow retention systems, and replacing below-grade waterproofing systems, including addressing site grading and drainage issues.
