Ideally, we assist our clients in creating a cycle of management, which produces a predictable process that extends the service life of assets-in-place, as follows:
- Visual survey of your current facility asset conditions, documenting existing materials and construction, and identifying any items that require repair;
- The recommended preventive maintenance repairs are catalogued and located, allowing for tracking and completion by a qualified, preferred contractor;
- Required capital work projects, for upcoming 5 year period, are budgeted and placed on a schedule that fits the client’s goals and available funds;
- Following design and completion of recommended work, our database is updated with construction and warranty information;
- On an agreed-upon interval (for some clients, this may be annually, for others it may be 3-to-5 years), facilities are scheduled for resurvey to ensure information remains up-to-date, and the cycle repeats.
